1. About This Page

This page describes how Zion Cloud Solutions ("ZCS," "we," "our," or "us") collects express written consent from customers and prospective customers before sending SMS / text messages to mobile phone numbers in the United States.

The consent form on the right is the same form that appears on our Contact Us page at zionclouds.com/contact-us. Submitting the form with the SMS checkbox selected constitutes the user's express written agreement to receive text messages from ZCS as described below.

2. What Messages You'll Receive

ZCS sends account notifications and customer-care text messages only. Examples include:

  • Replies to inquiries you submitted through our website
  • Appointment, meeting, or demo scheduling confirmations
  • Status updates on a support ticket or active engagement
  • Verification codes when you request them

We do not send marketing or promotional SMS. Consent collected through this form is not used for advertising, and your phone number is never shared with or sold to third parties for their messaging.

Message frequency: Recurring messages, frequency varies based on your interactions with ZCS. Message & data rates may apply.

3. How to Opt Out

You can cancel SMS messages from ZCS at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us, and we will unsubscribe you. After replying STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed; after that, we will not send you any further SMS messages unless you opt in again.

4. Carriers & Liability

Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their affiliates) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Privacy

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data collected through the form are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors supporting the messaging service (for example, our SMS delivery vendor) is permitted; all other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
