What is TOPS?

Technology Operations Professional Services (TOPS) is a 10-year Sheltered Market (SM) – Multiple Award (MA) Joint Purchase Master Contract (JPMC) which was developed by the Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) in partnership with the State Business Enterprise Program (BEP).

Now all state agencies, boards and commissions, governmental units, and qualified not-for-profit agencies can secure services at negotiated rates.

TOPS

The TOPS Category - 4 contract covers a wide range of services within the Architecture and Platform domain. Examples include, but are not limited to:

<p><strong>Cloud Architecture and Engineering: </strong></p> <p>Design, implementation, and management of cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, Salesforce, SAP Cloud).</p>
