Zion Cloud Solutions (ZCS) is a prime contractor under the State of California Department of General Services (DGS) Technology, Digital & Data Consulting (TDDC) Master Service Agreement (MSA). Through this program, ZCS delivers technology, digital, and data consulting services to state and local agencies supporting modernization, secure data-driven operations, and scalable digital solutions.
