At Zion, we believe that inclusion begins with care — care for the mind, care for each other, and care for the environments we build together. As part of our Zion Cares initiative, we hosted Mental Health & Well-Being Week, beginning on Monday, February 12th, 2024, a dedicated series focused on creating space for balance, awareness, and support across our team.

Throughout the week, our employees participated in activities and conversations designed to reduce stigma, encourage openness, and promote practical tools for emotional well-being. Sessions included mindfulness breaks, stress-management workshops, open discussions about workplace mental health, and guidance on recognising burnout early.

Highlights of the week included:

• Guided mindfulness and breathing sessions to help reset during the workday.

• Expert-led workshop on stress & resilience, offering actionable techniques for maintaining balance in fast-paced environments.

• Open Well-Being Circle, where team members shared personal experiences, strategies, and encouragement in a safe and supportive space.

• Digital detox hour, emphasizing the importance of rest, boundaries, and disconnecting.
